How to reach Serramazzoni (Modena - Italy)

We are 30 mins by car from Modena Nord (A1), Modena Sud (A1) and Campogalliano (A22) highway exits. 45 mins by car from Bologna Casalecchio (A1) highway exit and 50 mins by car from Bologna BLQ international airport. We are close to the famous Ferrari racing cars and to the 'tiles valley' of Sassuolo.

GPS NAVIGATORS: we do not recommend to use a GPS navigation system to reach us, as the navigators calculate a slightly shorter but inconvenient route. For a comfortable journey, it is suggested to follow the instructions provided on this page.

NEAREST HIGHWAY EXIT: MODENA NORD

After Modena Nord motorway exit, follow the signs for Sassuolo-Maranello and take Modena ring road heading south (see pic above). Take the Modena ring road in the southern direction of Sassuolo-Maranello for about 2.5 km. till the bridge on A1 highway.

On the A1 highway bridge leave the Modena ring road and turn right towards Abetone. You are now in a fast flowing coplanar (parallel to the A1 highway visible on the left). Drive on the coplanar to the end (about 5Km).

The coplanar ends in a round (see pic above) where you have to take the first exit (southbound - Abetone). At this point the 'Nuova Estense' fast road begins.

You'll find further 3 rounds ahead: always continue to south and always take the second exit in all the rounds (towards Abetone - Pavullo nel Frignano).

After 16 Km. the fast road 'Nuova Estense' climbs up. Continue driving. Exit at the Serramazzoni junction (see pic above), leaving now the 'Nuova Estense' road. The road climbs up. In about 4 minutes you arrive in the town of Serramazzoni.
